Tips for students looking for a job
March 12, 2019
Many teenagers think about getting a job but struggle with how to start the job search. There are many resources for Northgate students who are looking for a job. The College and Career Center and the upcoming Northgate Job Fair are just some examples of guidance for Northgate students.
The Northgate Job/Career Fair is great place to go, especially for teenagers who are just starting to get themselves into the job market. “It’s better to search for a job early on to ensure more options”, said College and Career Readiness Adviser Rebecca Proznick.
The Northgate Job Fair, on March 14th, is an upcoming event to help students find their way into the workforce. Many students who are looking for a job may have no prior experience, but luckily, there are many jobs that the Northgate Job Fair is promoting that are accessible to first time workers.
