Senior athlete Alexei Sancov commits to USC for swimming

Alexei Sancov will swim Division I for the University of Southern California. A member of the Terrapins Swim Team in concord, Sancov said the coach was a big draw for him. “I have wanted to swim for this coach since I was 12,” said Sancov, who swam in the 2015 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro for the country of Moldova, where he is from. “He has coached many Olympians,” Sancov said. He plans to study business.
