Doors closed but ready to welcome
While students learn from home, campus administrators and workers are designing and placing entrance and directional signs throughout the hallways and walkways in anticipation of a partial return of students to campus. The signs are intended to direct foot traffic and keep people moving in the same direction to maintain distance. The Mt. Diablo Unified School District Board of Education is expected at its March 10 meeting to make a decision on reopening school in the afternoons to students who indicate they would like to return, while maintaining distant learning in the morning.
